Last year, we received an inquiry from an European customer, who requested 5m³ stainless steel pall rings. The parameters provided by the customer were similar to those of Sulzer's products. Based on the analysis from our technical personnel, there is not much difference between our product as a whole, and we have provided our technical parameters and price. After received quotation, customer did not provide feedback for a long time. Our salesperson contacted the customer based on the principle of not giving up, but the customer has not responded yet. Finally, after understanding, the customer is not confident in importing stainless steel pall rings from China because they have not used this product before. We provided relevant projects to our clients, dispelling their doubts, finally, they expressed a positive attitude towards our professional knowledge and services. Also customer add order quantity for several cubic meter of Copper Pall Ring together.
