To solve this problem, firstly our customer should understand that the normal service life of carbon molecular sieves. In the domestic carbon molecular sieve production industry will be about 3-5 years, and their performance will decline after about 5 years.
1. Customers often say that I have consulted many companies, some say 3-5 years, some say 7-8 years. So how long the service life can carbon molecular sieve is?
Some suppliers say 3-5 years, while others say 7-8 years. In fact, it is based on the use of customers. 3-5 years is a normal service life of carbon molecular sieve. After 3-5 years of use, the performance of carbon molecular sieve will decline, for example, the nitrogen production will decline by 10~20%, and the nitrogen purity will decline. However, although the performance of the carbon molecular sieve has declined, some customers can also make do with the nitrogen they need if their requirements for the use of nitrogen are not high, such as filling nitrogen insurance for snacks. It is also normal to wait a while to replace the carbon molecular sieve for 1-2 years.

In addition to the quality of carbon molecular sieve, the main reason for the service life of carbon molecular sieve is closely related to the filling quality of carbon molecular sieve and air pretreatment. The filling quality of the carbon molecular sieve directly affects the use of the internal carbon molecular sieve and determines its service life. If the filling is not good, for example, no vibrating rod is used during the filling, and the filling is not tight, the service life of the carbon molecular sieve with good quality will be greatly reduced. The second is the air pretreatment. The air treatment quality of the air compressor and the pre-treatment equipment of the nitrogen generation equipment is also related to the service life of the carbon molecular sieve. The incomplete pre drying of the air leads to high intake air humidity, which is also easy to reduce the service life of the molecular sieve.
