Random Tower Packings

Plastic random include: polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). It has good corrosion resistance, large gaps, large flux, low resistance, low energy consumption, low operating costs, light weight, easy handling, and reusable use. Especially suitable for medium and low temperature (60-150 degrees) stripping, absorption and washing towers in petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, gas, environmental protection and other industries.
Main styles include Pall ring, saddle ring, super saddle ring, cascade mini ring, Haier ring, conjugate ring, flat ring, tellerate rosette, hollow floating ball, covered ball etc.
Ceramic random packing, including Raschig ring, cross ring, Pall ring, rectangular saddle ring, cascade ring, conjugate ring etc.
Metal random packing, materials include carbon steel and stainless steel, etc. Because of its thin processing walls, large voids, large flux, low resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and high separation efficiency, it is especially suitable for vacuum distillation towers to handle heat sensitive, easy to decompose, easy to polymerize, and easy to form carbon. It is widely used in packing towers in petrochemical, fertilizer, environmental protection and other industries. Common models include conjugate ring, raschig ring, rectangular saddle ring, Pall ring etc.
