Each manufacturer uses different raw materials and uses different production processes, so the products produced will have differences in quality. Even if two manufacturers use the same raw materials, the properties of different production areas are different due to the difference in geographical environment and natural conditions, and the differences in the manufacturing processes of different manufacturers cause differences in the performance of the products of different manufacturers. The correct choice of molecular sieve type in water treatment is an important step in adsorption treatment.
The requirements for 4A molecular sieve and other products used in the adsorption dryer of the air separation plant are obviously higher. The strength and adsorption capacity are required to be strong to avoid pulverization and crushing in the adsorption tower. If the required pressure and temperature are too low, it needs to be replaced with 13X molecular sieve. It is better to use activated alumina ball desiccant in the drier.
