Description:
Wire Gauze Structured Packing is formed by arranging corrugated wire mesh sheets, the inclination angle of the corrugated sheets is 30° or 45°, and the directions of two adjacent corrugated sheets are opposite. When filling in the tower, the upper and lower trays of packing are stacked by 90° in a staggered manner.
Wire Gauze Structured Packing has the advantages of high efficiency, pressure reduction and large flux. The products are BX and CY types, which are often used in vacuum distillation, atmospheric distillation and absorption processes for difficult-to-separate and heat-sensitive substances.
