Trial order for molecular sieve and activated alumina

In Oct, we received a message from a Middle Eastern customer, who told our cargos had arrived at their warehouse safely.
We delivered 1*40'HQ molecular sieve 13x and activated alumina to his country in August. Below is the photos and feedback.
Customer is big steel production plant, who often need the adsorbents to their air seperation systems, to remove the water, CO2 and H2S etc. We have some experience to service to their related industry, and our molecular sieve 13x plays an important role in such process. So what is molecular sieve and its application?
Molecular sieve is an artificially synthetic material with three shapes: sphere, extruded and powders. It has strong adsorption, molecular sieving, ion exchange, and catalytic effects.
*Adsorption: The crystal pore size inside the molecular sieve has a strong adsorption ability for polar molecules such as water, carbon dioxide, sulfides, etc.
*Drying effect: Different types of molecular sieves can adsorb molecules with a diameter smaller than their molecular diameter. Therefore, molecular sieves adsorb some small molecules to achieve drying, especially playing a key role in the desulfurization process of molecular sieves.
*Catalytic effect: Molecular sieves act as media in some chemical reactions, promoting chemical reactions. Widely used in the petrochemical, oil and gas industries etc.
