3 years ago, a customer from the South America asked about our activated alumina who they need them used for hydrogen peroxide. We recommend 8 * 16 mesh activated alumina specifically designed for hydrogen peroxide. But the customer informed that their production equipment structure and process have been changed, and now they want to replace it with flake activated alumina to save the cost of raw materials which need to be replaced often. When the customer sent us the parameters, we found that this product requires a very low bulk density and also requires high a specific surface area.
Based on our experience over 10 years, our products can try to approach customer requirements as closely as possible, but there are still slight differences. In order to ensure that our activated alumina can fully adapt to the modified production equipment, we customized flack activated alumina for customers according to the technical standards that can be achieved and sent it to them. A month later, we received positive feedback from the customer and they decide to order 1*20’GP flake activated alumina.
Again we’re glad to receive another repeat order from the customer in May this year, they add into 1*40’HQ this time. Below are photos of the goods:
